Isn't yoga supposed to be a mellow, relaxing exercise?
You get in touch with your inner self and find peace.
How can I do that when every time I try to do yoga, this happens?
Mom and her yoga groupies. Notice the extra one, Griffin had a friend sleepover, he got right into the action with the rest of the boys.
I am excited for Friday when they are all back in school and I can do my Wii Fit by myself!

This happens to me too, but I only have 1 so it is more like a shadow instead of having groupies. I usually get frustrated and give up because I keep having to tell Carter to move over so I don't fall on him...it has been a long time since I have done Yoga and am a bit rusty!
Great pictures!
I tried Pilates for awhile and had the same problem. But both of mine are in school now, so I really have no more excuses. I have got to get me a Wii Fit!!
That's too funny! Guess you'll all be really flexible! : )
how great are your helpers!!! mine would be grumbling and telling me how much I better I should be doing (and they'd right, darn their hides)
I'm laughing far too hard because alas, you are right, it isn't relaxing when you have a tribe of boys standing there looking like they're about to shoot the curl (surf) right along side you!
This is exactly what happens when I try to do my ad workout. I end up with boys climbing on my back.
