You are so lucky to have such a wonderful view right out your window! My husband wants us to move to Colorado, but I am just not ready to make such a big move and leave the rest of my family.I will get that noodle recipe posted soon!
I am jealous and now I know where you live (well sorta...) since I've been to the Air Force Academy! : )
